- Completion of required education to obtain Texas Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- BSN or actively enrolled/pursuing BSN, must complete within 24 months
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS or NRP corresponding to the area of service.
- 2-3 years of demonstrated nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting.
- Position requires fluency in the English language to function in the job environment appropriately.
- Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel

standards to achieve the mission and vision of BSA. The Nursing Director is responsible for the overall administrative,
financial and clinical activities of the department.
