      $7,500 SIGNING BONUS!*

      Small nursing ratio: residential setting (3 small houses, 8 beds per house, 24 clients overall)

      Salary: $85,000 - $95,000/annually

      Overview

      Quest treats each client and staff member like family, optimizing procedures, and schedules to offer nurses ample support and clients with quality individualized long-term care. Nurses enjoy flexible block scheduling with no alternating weekend shifts (with some exceptions).

      Quest offers work-life harmonization through small nursing ratios: your professional contribution will be at 3 small houses, located in a beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful residential setting. Each house holds 8 beds, for a total of 24 clients.

      Responsibilities

      • Oversees the day-to-day health care delivery system of clients, while ensuring client health needs are met or exceeded
      • Works with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure Active Treatment is incorporated in medical treatment
      • Oversees monitoring of Nurses administering medication for accuracy
      • Works with the ICF Director to promote a team approach with nursing staff, QIDPS, Staffing Coordinator, Leads, and Direct Support Professionals
      • Maintains appropriate certifications, licenses, and CEU’s as necessary
      • Oversees and participates in on-call duties to ensure 24-hour RN access to the facility
      • Oversees the storage of and administration of medications to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and all pharmacy activities
      • Oversee nursing budget, order supplies related to nursing/direct care
      • Updates and/or implements nursing forms as well as updates nursing policies and procedures

      Qualifications

      • Active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in Florida required
      • Prior experience within an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) preferred
      • Prior experience with Developmentally Disabled (DD) populations required
      • 5 years in management or supervisory position required; leadership role preferred
      • Florida Driver’s License in good standing
      • Review, interpret, and implement AHCA/Federal ICF/IID regulations
      • Ability to use an electronic medical record system
      • Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship
