What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive and generate OEM sales growth with GE Aerospace GM&F sourcing teams
- Collaborate with leadership and Sales Ops to establish sales strategy and objectives
- Review and track opportunities in the CRM system, providing updates on sales forecasts
- Provide customer service and technical support to GE Aerospace customer accounts
- Identify and recommend new product, customer, and market opportunities to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales/business development in the aerospace industry
- Minimum 5 years of management experience with GE Aerospace sourcing teams
- Understanding of manufacturing processes for machining metal and/or metal fabrications
- Proven track record of executing successful sales plans and building strong relationships
- Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, or marketing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing relationships with major engine and airframe OEMs
- Experience in metal fabrication and/or machining in the aerospace market
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Creative thinker contributing to overall sales strategy
- Excellent writing and communication skills
