      Main Purpose of Job

      This is an Executive Level MBON Staff leadership position is the responsibility of direction and general oversight of: Resource Protection Procurement for entire agency MBON Document Management system Operations, coordination and general supervision of operational initiatives Fiscal department and budget management from an operations standpoint Operational oversight for areas of MBON that do not require professional nursing judgement and decision-making Security programs and building/structure issues in the absence of DGS as it relates to security and continuity of operations Assurance that agency operations are geared to mission of public protection while providing highest standards of Excellent Customer Service

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and six years of professional health or human services experience, including three years at a supervisory or managerial level.Qualified candidates must also possess three years of fiscal management experience and three years of experience withprocurement management. A master's degree will substitute for one year of required genera experience.A doctoratedegree will substitute for two years of required generalexperience.Additional experience will substitute at the rate of 30 credits hours for one year of experience for up to four years for the college degree.

      DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      The desired candidate should possess: Experience in leadership and management Master's degree in business administration Experience with FMIS and budget management
