      Job Summary

      Drive operational excellence in an arena like no other! As the Director of Operations, you will lead the day-to-day execution of hospitality operations while championing innovation, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee event planning and execution, and ensure that every department is aligned with Levy’s gold standard of service.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

      • 5+ years of senior-level hospitality or venue operations experience

      • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and event management

      • Strong Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

      • Experience leading large, diverse teams

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Oversee all venue hospitality operations, including concessions, catering, and premium services

      • Lead and support department managers to ensure operational alignment

      • Manage labor and inventory costs while achieving service goals

      • Develop and execute operational plans for events and daily operations

      • Partner with venue leadership to drive innovation and enhance guest experience

      • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
