Responsible for health, safety and environmental protection
Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement
Implementing the methods of lean production, introduce “best practices”
Drive operational excellence and alignment with initiative in FN, (5S, CIP, Lean etc.)
Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations (e.g. Shopfloor Management)
Devise strategies to ensure growth of enterprise
Identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
Accountable for quality of operations and of goods produced
A technical or economics Bachelor – or Master degree or equivalent education
5-10 years of experience in the production field, in a similar position or/and at a large international organization, preferably in a technical environment.
Knowledge and experience of HSE within an operating environment.
Knowledge and experience of implementation of problem solving processes.
People management skills and coaching skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Good multi-tasking and time management
Customer and service oriented
Excellent communication skills at all levels, team working and autonomous skills
Open to travel
Languages: French and English. Another language in an asset

Operations Director m/w/d (Fulltime)
The Director of Operations leads Operations in Liege. The Director of Operations ensures integration within the global RRPS organization, cooperation with all relevant departments and stakeholders within RRPS. Protecting but also growing and sharing the specific knowledge and capabilities of the RRSL organization.
The Director of Operations develops and ensures that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity, quality and performance.
The Director of Operations is responsible for developing long-term operational strategies to support and ensure the growth of the business.
