- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Casual Restaurant industry, is required.
- BS/MA in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven district management working experience
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Job Summary
As a high-achiever Area Director, you will act as the key link between headquarters and the assigned district’s branches. You will help branches stay up to date with company policies and you will ensure focus on increasing sales and building productive customers’ relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the district’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.
