      What You’ll Do:

      You will be responsible for complete oversight of all day-to-day “make and deliver” functions within the state operation. This includes cultivation, lab processing, manufacturing, inventory/supply chain, logistics, field quality, production planning, procurement, and facilities maintenance functions. You will be accountable for leading and coaching all site field operations team members across the Curaleaf New York business unit. The role focuses on managing all strategic and tactical initiatives within the state supply side operation, as well as liaison with all national operations support functions and shared services business partners across the organization (Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, and Compliance.)

      • Ensure an optimum dispensary product mix, proper inventory levels, and seamless logistics for wholesale customers, all while maintaining quality standards and the most efficient product cost structure. accountable for meeting production demand that supports top line revenue while improving efficiency for bottom line growth.
      • Responsible for the continuous quality control and process improvements to ensure attainment of operational goals, tactics, and priorities which drive business results with a focus on safety and quality.
      • Maintain and promote a comprehensive set of standards and efficient processes/effective programs to deliver on key metrics at the highest levels. Safety, Compliance, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (engagement and morale).

      What You’ll Bring:

      • 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing and logistics
      • Proven experience supervising 25 or more associates in an FDA controlled, SQF or cGMP production environment.
      • A high-touch, credible, hands on, visible leadership with instant credibility and ability to inspire the team.
      • Demonstrated track record in driving operational efficiencies.
      • Outstanding people skills, organizational skills and a passionate leadership style.
      • Team player with the ability to gain consensus through collaboration and open dialogue.
      • A sense of urgency, high energy, and hands-on approach.
      • Superior communication and negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes.
      • Lean manufacturing or six sigma knowledge preferred.
      • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
