      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and execute comprehensive communication plans for training initiatives across various teams to ensure alignment and optimal outcomes
      - Mentor successors within the training organization, fostering leadership capabilities and knowledge transfer
      - Develop measurable goals for the training organization that align with company objectives and drive customer success
      - Lead the strategic development of training curriculum and methodologies to maximize platform value for customers
      - Oversee the integration of AI technologies within training operations to enhance personalized learning experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree strongly preferred
      - 8+ years of training and development experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility and strategic impact
      - 6+ years of leadership experience managing training organizations, focusing on strategic planning and team development
      - 5+ years of experience in customer-facing training roles, preferably in SaaS, technology, or financial services
      - Proven track record of building training organizations with measurable business impact and customer success outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP, Ph.D. in Education)
      - International training experience with the ability to design programs for global audiences
      - Experience in enterprise software or financial services training with an understanding of regulatory environments
      - Thought leadership experience, including publications and speaking engagements in the training and development fields
      - Budget management experience for training organizations, with a focus on training ROI measurement
