- Manage and enhance HR systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Build dashboards to track key people metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, DEI) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and global labor laws.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, mediating conflicts and supporting resolution processes.
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and continuous feedback cycles.
- Partner with leadership to design programs that enhance skills, leadership development, and career progression.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and a seamless candidate-to-employee experience.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives to scale processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on people strategies and best practices.
- 5-10 years in People Operations, HR, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, HR systems, employment laws, and scaling people processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.

The Director of People Operations will report directly to the Head of People and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. This position is critical for driving scalable processes, fostering a positive culture, and championing organizational values in a high-growth environment.
