      Position Summary

      CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a highly experienced Director of PointClickCare Implementation to lead and manage the end-to-end deployment of PointClickCare EMC-level systems across our facilities. This remote leadership position plays a critical role in supporting operational transitions, especially during acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring a seamless implementation and integration process.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead the implementation of PointClickCare EMC systems across facilities, ensuring timeline and quality goals are met.
      • Oversee system transitions during facility acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring accurate data migration and minimal disruption to operations.
      • Coordinate training, support, and configuration both remotely and on-site.
      • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, project plans, SOPs, and training materials.
      • Collect and analyze system adoption data and create reports for leadership.
      • Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, facility teams, and PointClickCare support.
      • Create and deliver polished documentation and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Travel to facility locations across the U.S. as needed.

      Qualifications

      Required:

      • Minimum 5 years of experience with PointClickCare EMC-level implementation in long-term care or post-acute environments.
      • Direct experience in facility acquisitions and divestitures with a focus on EMR/data transitions.
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
      • Must be available to travel regularly to facility sites.
      • Excellent organizational, data management, and communication skills.
      • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with distributed teams.

      Preferred:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field.
      • Experience developing training programs and guiding staff through software transitions.
      • Understanding of compliance and documentation requirements in senior care settings.
