Job Description

- Lead the implementation of PointClickCare EMC systems across facilities, ensuring timeline and quality goals are met.
- Oversee system transitions during facility acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring accurate data migration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Coordinate training, support, and configuration both remotely and on-site.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, project plans, SOPs, and training materials.
- Collect and analyze system adoption data and create reports for leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, facility teams, and PointClickCare support.
- Create and deliver polished documentation and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Travel to facility locations across the U.S. as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with PointClickCare EMC-level implementation in long-term care or post-acute environments.
- Direct experience in facility acquisitions and divestitures with a focus on EMR/data transitions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Must be available to travel regularly to facility sites.
- Excellent organizational, data management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience developing training programs and guiding staff through software transitions.
- Understanding of compliance and documentation requirements in senior care settings.
