      RESPONSIBLE FOR: Communications Executive and Social Media Coordinator in both properties

      External: Bulgari PR network, INTL PR agencies and other partners/agencies as required

      MISSION

      Playing a key role for the promotion of Bulgari Hotel Roma and Bulgari Hotel Milano by creating and implementing a communication strategy that ensure the positioning of the hotels in the top sector of the hospitality market and maximize its visibility on the media.

      Playing a key role in the definition of an integrated Communication strategy for both Bulgari Hotel Roma (BHR) and Bulgari Hotel Milano (BHM) in line with the Bulgari communication strategy and guidelines to increase the Hotels visibility and awareness in the Italian market.

      Ensure the visibility of the hotels on the international media by organizing and hosting international press trips in the properties.

      Define a social media strategy for the social media channels of both properties and overview the content production.

      Collaborate with Bvlgari Corporate and Bulgari Italia Marketing & Communication teams to ensure a full integration of BHRoma and BHM in all the Brand activities involving the hotels.

      Promote Bulgari Hotels & Resorts (BHR) to increase the Brand visibility and the awareness of all the properties on the Italian media.

      ACCOUNTABILITIES

      PR Strategy & Action plan:

      • Create a yearly communication strategy for BHRoma and BHM including a calendar of specific PR actions and institutional projects and ensure the implementation
      • Maximize dedicated BHRoma & BHM editorial coverage from a qualitative and quantitative point of view & nourish the hotel external relations network with Bvlgari communication strategies/ contents/guidelines.
      • Create strategies to support BHR especially in occasion of New Hotels Openings with the Italian media
      • Coordinate with Bulgari Italia and Bulgari Corporate to integrate both properties in cross categories activities

      Press Material

      • Oversee all press material sustaining hotels communications and new initiatives to be launched.
      • Being able to write texts to be used for different purposes such as press releases, press kit, website, invitations, social media captions
      • Be responsible of the hotel’s collateral materials production (such as brochures, leaflets, invitations etc.) according to hotel inputs and BHR Global Marketing & Communication guidelines
      • Coordinate and produce contents for spokesperson interviews
      • Manage hotel’s video and photo-shooting
      • Contribute to manage editorial shooting organized by the hotel, third parties and media

      Media relations

      • Coordinate and nourish the hotel external relations network and manage daily media requests
      • Handle and manage the mailing lists
      • Support international press relations by hosting international press visit and group trips
      • Contribute to organize media visits and group press trips to the hotel including travel logistics and itineraries
      • Escort press trip to other BHR properties
      • Promote all the Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts properties with the local press
      • Manage press events together with the event teams ensuring the coordination of all integrated and transversal activities, initiatives and teams and the alignment with central strategies
      • Work in synergy with Bulgari Corporate and Bulgari Italia communication and marketing departments to coordinate and integrate communication strategy for BHR and BHM

      Social media & Digital

      • Manage social media content creation and calendars for BHR and BHM delivered by the social media coordinator/manager
      • Ensure consistency with work produced across print and digital channels, such as website, newsletters, brochures and other collateral

      Back-office activities

      • Work with the GM to monitor hotel external relations budget
      • Monitor local hotel press clippings and follow the guidelines to collect them in systematic recaps
      • Handle the administrative back-office operations (oda, monthly expenses etc)
      • Establish a PR archive/library of information: ensure to maintain a record and archive of the hotels history, press visits, press releases, collateral, photography etc
      • Edit a monthly PR report to be shared with BHR Corporate

      REQUIRED SKILLS

      • University Degree
      • At least 8-year experience in PR & communication within the luxury hospitality industry
      • Project management
      • Budget and reporting techniques
      • Effective and impactful communication
      • Fluency in English
      • Negotiation skills
      • Availability to travel internationally
      • Flexibility, innovation & speed
      • Being able to represent the Brand as brand ambassador
      • Communication techniques, tools and channels
      • Deep knowledge of digital tools and social media
