- Leading and Developing Teams: Directly manage and provide leadership to our Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, provider support staff, and billing team. You'll set clear objectives, foster professional growth, and cultivate a positive, productive work environment.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Oversee the medical and financial operations of our multi-location provider company, including establishing budgets and performance metrics for each cost center. You'll continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of all operational initiatives.
- Optimizing Workflows: Collaborate with our QA officer to develop insightful reports, analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement new procedures to enhance service delivery and workflows.
- Ensuring Compliance & Quality: Guarantee that all services within our LTC facilities maintain strict confidentiality and that staff adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards. You'll ensure our business practices align with and support the success of our clinical programs.
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Play a key role in the preparation and monitoring of our rolling budget and the development of the annual plan.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of practice management experience, specifically with a large number of advanced level healthcare providers, is essential.
- Expertise:
- Deep understanding of credentialing, coding/billing, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with 3rd Party Payors, with a strong preference for Medicare Part B knowledge.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and electronic medical record documentation.
- Attributes:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, especially when interacting with the elderly and disabled.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Logistics:
- Ability to travel extensively as needed.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
