What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current multi-site Home Health and Hospice Quality Assurance and Process Improvement leadership experience
- Expertise in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM
- Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree (master's or advanced degrees and certifications preferred)
- Management experience over a remote workforce is ideal
- Speaking and presentation experience is a plus
