      JOB SUM M ARY

      We are looking for a S trong Leader to join our rapidly growing publicly held comp a ny i n Eagle , ID. As part of our Revenue Leadership Team , y o u will be a key member of a visible, accessible, and dedic a ted service team i n a r ewardin g and high-energy work envi r onment. You wil l share respons i bilit y for suppo r ting field a nd S ervice Center personnel, helping them function at peak efficiency and comply wi th appl i cable l a ws . We work in a very close- kn i t atmosphere and provide ou r emp l oyees with a n out s tanding work environment .

      DUTIES & RESP O NSIBI L ITI E S

      • Providing men t oring, support, and co a ching to the S ervice Cen t er leaders and t h eir te a m s in home healt h , hospi c e , provider services, and home care accounts r ece i vable .
      • Working closely with your managed care team and care c ontra c ting (R C M resource team) .
      • Deve l oping stra t egic initiat i ves r egarding the r evenue cycl e in c ollaborat i on with our field leaders and t h e R C M r eso u rce team .
      • Driving a culture of compl i ance in the RCM re s our c e team fo r technica l complia n ce w i th Medica r e , Medicaid, and Commercial billing standar d s .
      • Analyzing key indicators to identify opportunities for revenue optimization, including bad debt and accounts receivable, to identify trends, potential errors, or system issues.
      • Analyzing the financial impact of proposed changes in regulations and reimbursement, and preparing forec a sts of r evenue base d on t h ose changes .
      • Resea r ching and deve l opi n g respon s es to changes in Home Care Home Base fo r the Finance te a m , interna l and externa l auditors .
      • Analyzing the impact of current field operations U&Cs on reimbursement trends .
      • Support the RCM Resource group manager s on strategic planning for team s and operations .
      • F acilitating guidance on field communication, analyt ic s, and accountability fo r t h e r e venue cyc l e management pro c esse s .
      • Providing guidance for newly acquired operat i ons to in t egrate them in t o Pennant best practices for the revenue cycle management processes.
      • Leading the colla b orat i on and effect i ve intera c tion s w i th revenue, a ccounts rece i vable, and collection fun c tion s amon g the operat i ons, a ccounting, and RCM te a ms .

      JOB REQ U IREMENTS (Education, Experie n ce, Knowl e dge, Skills & Abili t ies)

      • Exposure to a Medical Re i mbursement e n viro n me n t ( Medicare, Medicaid , Pr i va t e I nsurance) is desirabl e.
      • Understanding Revenue Cycle Management (emphasizing the Health Care industry) is desired.
      • Knowledge of interworking home health, hospice, and home care billing is a plus. If no pre-existing k n ow l edge, a stro n g desire to under s tand and analyze the bridge between clinical, financial, and oper a tiona l functions at ou r agencies.
      • Bachelor s degree in A c counting or Finance.
      • Leadership exper i ence in a profess i onal e n viro n me n t is r equired.
      • Demon s trate d ability to lead a project te a m and man a ge multip l e assig n ment s and deadlines.
      • S trong anal y tical and p r oblem- s olving skill s.
      • Strong organizational s kills.
      • Understand how to r ead a nd interpret financia l re c o r ds and repo r ts.
      • Pro f ess i onal wr i tten and o r al communicat i on skills.
