      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and support the Sales team in the Americas, focusing on key customer relationships
      - Set and evaluate Management by Objectives (MbO) targets for the sales team
      - Grow sales of machines, services, and spare parts within the region
      - Collaborate with various internal and external partners for effective marketing and sales strategies
      - Conduct regular reporting to the General Manager and other stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Several years of experience in a leadership role with demonstrated management skills
      - Excellent product knowledge related to Essemtec products and customer applications
      - Proven ability to lead diverse teams across different countries and cultures
      - Experience in building and maintaining a partner network
      - Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry
      - Demonstrated success in sales management and team leadership
      - Familiarity with international business practices and travel experience
