      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement a structured onboarding program for new Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs)
      - Identify team skill gaps and deliver targeted training and professional development opportunities
      - Create and maintain sales collateral and resources to support PPMs in their roles
      - Update and refine the sales playbook based on team feedback and performance data
      - Conduct regular feedback loops with PPMs to address challenges and improve processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of total sales experience, including 3+ years in sales enablement and 1+ year in a management role
      - Proven track record of designing and delivering effective onboarding, training, and coaching programs
      - Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and challenges faced by sales teams
      - Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
