- 12+ years of experience in sales enablement or related B2B sales roles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven success in developing and measuring enablement programs
- Strong experience with Salesloft, Gong, and Sales Navigator
- Ability to analyze program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
