- Partners with leaders to co-create an industry leading vision for sales operations.
- Develops and implements strategies for expanding the region/area referral base.
- Develops individual sales and business development plans for AAC Specialists.
- Build and lead a high-performing and growing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, hire, and lead onboarding for new team members.
- Acts as a valuable market knowledge resource to the team and customers.
- Engages and partners closely with cross functional business leaders and units, providing open communication and ensuring processes align to the achievement of the most important shared goals.
- Oversees expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Participation in development and implementation of Numotion Speech Excellence Program.
- Responsible for making sure marketing materials are available, accurate, and current.
- Represents Numotion at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
- Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
- Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum of five years of commercial experience.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.
- Experience in a clinical/therapy role and/or AAC Specialist/Consultant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data driven decision-making.
- Inspires and motivates others to perform well, effectively influences actions and opinions of others; provides vision to peers and team.
- Ability to effectively utilize technology and learn and adapt to innovative technology environments.
- Demonstrates ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross functional team members to achieve shared goals.
- Proven prior ability to act as a change agent and leading the acceptance of change within a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
- Demonstration of exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills both internally and externally with customers.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel at least 25%.
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associate with computer equipment.
- Prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer.
- Occasionally move and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to communicate effectively.

The Director of Sales Operations -Speech (“DSO”) manages sales processes to achieve high market growth. They provide leadership in driving best results to achieve high effectiveness, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
