What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of remarketing account executives, providing support and guidance
- Evaluate and provide ongoing coaching and teaching to the team
- Develop a strategic vision and plan for the assigned territory
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales plans and analyze territory performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage relationships with auto dealers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 7 years of experience working on a diverse and highly productive team
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Well-developed business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills
- Automotive industry experience required, Vehicle Remarketing experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree highly preferred
