      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive regional growth by conducting market analysis to identify target customer segments and high-priority territories
      - Build and lead a team of 6-9 Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers
      - Develop and implement a regional sales plan aligned with company goals and ensure team performance across key sales activities
      - Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance team skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement
      - Monitor Salesforce CRM for accuracy and provide timely forecasting and reporting to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Authorized to work in the United States
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 8 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
      - Proven experience in building and scaling new markets or sales teams
      - Strong business acumen and outstanding communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in construction, physical security, or custom solution sales
      - Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
      - Proven track record of consultative selling and building long-term client relationships
      - Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills
      - Experience leading teams through growth or market entry challenges
