      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the IDC sales cycle for the western territory, with a specific focus on Texas and California
      - Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for target and prospect identification
      - Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns, customer referrals, and conferences
      - Develop and manage a sales plan to meet revenue and profit goals
      - Build strong relationships with special education directors, district leaders, and other stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least eight years of related sales experience
      - Deep understanding of K-12/Special Education buying cycles
      - Proven track record of meeting sales targets in K-12 industries
      - Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management
      - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a business development or sales role within K-12 solution and service-based models
      - Understanding of special education
      - Direct selling experience
      - Knowledge of public-private partnerships and relationship development
      - Highly collaborative mindset
