We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Security to oversee all security operations in a high end residential area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing established security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.Responsibilities:
- Enforce manage security strategies, policies, and procedures with team
- Oversee security staff and provide leadership, guidance, and training
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to ensure effective security monitoring
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed
- Manage security incidents and conduct thorough investigations when necessary

-Minimum 2 years of experience as Director/Head of Security.
