You are a strategic thinker and have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans that support Growth team goals
You feel confident supporting projects throughout each phase from ideation to implementation, and successfully align stakeholders to achieve key milestones and drive results
You can effectively manage multiple initiatives with various roadmaps, timelines and deliverables by using strong decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
You thrive managing and influencing teams by providing strong leadership and mentorship to the team and cross-functional partners, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team members are motivated and engaged with ideally 5+ years of experience doing so
You have 8+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce or relevant business experience at the management level with an emphasis in the areas of strategic planning and project management
Impact
As a Strategic Planning and Growth Operations Director, in our Birmingham, AL or Minneapolis, MN office, you will make an impact by identifying opportunities to improve business efficiencies by translating complex concepts into actionable plans that support Growth team goals. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define Growth team strategic priorities and establish goals and metrics. You will design and implement strategic planning and portfolio management processes for the Growth team to ensure teams are organized to succeed by defining and tracking org-level goals and financial results/impact.What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Work Arrangement:
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
