  Job Description

  As an Enterprise Architect joining our technology practice you will take a key role within our Digital Transformation offering, contributing toward advisory, design and development of next generation platforms and solutions.

  Your Impact:

  Engage in a consulting/advisory role providing executive level leadership around technology and overall CxO level support for digital strategy.

  • Support clients in understanding the context of their solution in the broader digital ecosystem and communicate complex technical information in non-technical terms.
  • Collaborate with clients to dissect complex problems and translate business requirements into technical solution designs, which may include contextual, conceptual, logical & physical views of the architecture.
  • Determine feasibility / viability of solution proposals, evaluate build vs buy decisions, assess vendor solutions and create analysis of alternative.
  • Design integration with existing / potential assets within client’s technology landscape as well as external solutions.
  • Perform solution architecture/design/solution reviews of existing systems or in-flight projects, and communicate the findings of the review back to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with teams from different verticals to ensure customer solutions are designed and implemented according to a set of guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other members of the engineering / architecture domain to align with the evolving state of the enterprise architecture.
  • Construct high level budgets and cross-functional roadmaps.
  • Act in the capacity of coach or mentor to junior staff, enabling them to develop their knowledge and solution architecture skills.

  Qualifications

  Your skills:

  Experience in dealing with customers in the GCC region , has already driven DBT with proven outcomes , tech thought leader who can instantly provide a view of any emerging tech trends. Strong tech exposure to e-commerce , mobile apps , cloud and data . Is considered a tech guru by the team … can produce clear and unambiguous data-driven status .

  • Tech: Core Cloud native design , ELK , AWS , GCP , Green plum , Apigee , Oracle , Reactive Native Java , Java MS , Kafka , Additional:
  • Good to have : Telecom setups , AI/ML , Arabic , Omani with understanding of local culture
  • Tech : Exposure to ecommerce platforms like HCL commerce , VTEX,Mirakl etc , IBM MQ , IBM ESB , IBM Websphere
  • Working in an agile environment (scrum and/or kanban).

  Additional Information

  • Experience with successful start up organization (going from garage to general use).
  • Any Cloud certification, Modern Technology exposure (Metaverse, Generative AI and Blockchain, etc.)
  • Open to relocate to Muscat, Oman
