      Rapid expansion and adoption of NVIDIA’s products and technologies demand quick reaction to constantly changing market conditions not only from engineering perspective, but also from the financial, tax and global structuring. Transfer pricing is at the center of NVIDIA’s global tax organization. As an NVIDIAN, the Director of Transfer Pricing will lead the transfer pricing function, will report to Senior Director of Global Tax and collaborate with the VP of Global Tax and entire global tax team to develop, direct transfer pricing initiatives and projects, and ensure global compliance of the transfer pricing function.

      What you will be doing:

      • Establish, monitor, and timely update intercompany transaction pricing and policies to reflect the changes in OECD guidance, enacted legislations and regulatory guidance, market conditions etc.

      • Work closely with external and internal legal counsel to ensure proper intercompany agreements are maintained and any changes in intercompany transaction pricing are timely completed and reflected in NVIDIA’s books and records.

      • Manage the completion of all contemporaneous documentation and reporting under OECD and jurisdictional requirements in the US and all relevant foreign jurisdictions.

      • Monitor and update the tax management team on the OECD guidance and changes introduced into legislations of all relevant jurisdictions related to transfer pricing.

      • Proactively support business leadership in analyzing and modeling of tax effects of current and proposed transactions and new business initiatives.

      • Provide support for income tax audits related to transfer pricing issues, including dealings with the competent authorities.

      • Identify, document, and support the uncertain tax positions related to transfer pricing issues.

      • Support quarterly and year end closing processes related to transfer pricing.

      • Supervise and develop professional(s) of the transfer pricing group.

      • Assist with various additional projects as directed by VP of Global Tax.

      What We Need to See:

      • Minimum of 10 overall years of progressive experience in global transfer pricing in a large multinational company environment.

      • Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, business, or accounting or equivalent experience.

      • Proven record of successful issue resolutions.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

      • Strong skills in interpreting complex data coming from a variety of sources in multiple formats.

      • Experience managing cross functional teams and projects at various levels.

      • Strong project management skills, proven ability to manage and prioritize workloads while working in a team with various members of the tax department and/or business.

      The base salary range is 236,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
