The Director of Operational Excellence has broad oversight for all departmental programs including identification, development, progress tracking and outcome reporting. In addition to any newly identified programs, standard required programs such as space management, drawing management and storage, software utilization, progress tracking and daily operations will be transformed utilizing process improvement and LEAN methodologies as well as industry best practices. With strong focus in leadership, strategy execution and innovation, this critical member of the business services leadership team translates business vision and strategy into operational tactics, establishing necessary organizational support and infrastructure to meet the business objectives of the organization.
