Provide leadership in enhancing process management within PVP AD.
Set objectives, prioritize, ensure accountability, and foster engagement in process management.
Advise and guide business lines in developing and monitoring improvement plans to address issues raised by internal lines of defense and regulatory authorities.
Offer consulting services in process management during projects, changes, and/or ad hoc needs.
Collaborate with the PVP AD data steward to achieve data governance that supports the organization’s strategic ambitions.
Implement management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, engagement, and diversity, in alignment with the company’s values.
Manage individual and team performance in support of the action plan of their administrative unit.

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of nine years of relevant experience, including at least four years in a management role

Experience in leading large-scale projects with cross-functional scope
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced knowledge in process management, documentation, and repositories
Familiarity with operations in the PVP AD sector
As the Director, Operational Processes within the Property and Casualty Insurance Executive Division (P&C Insurance ED), you will act as the primary partner for process documentation and improvement within the framework of the Operations Mastery Cycle. To support the ambitions of strategic planning, and more specifically the "Mastering Our Operations" initiative, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for implementing and continuously operating an integrated plan for documenting and upgrading processes across the entire P&C Insurance ED. You will also be responsible for facilitating performance dialogue related to processes within the various reporting forums of Desjardins General Insurance Group (DGIG). You are a proven, positive leader who leads by example. As a change agent, you challenge the status quo, motivate your team, and implement projects to improve business practices. An exceptional communicator, you are also capable of influencing at all levels to guide decision-making. More specifically, you will be required to :
