- Refines early assessment to Cable Desk vision and stakeholder changes; continuous refinement of vision as needs of the business evolve.
- Introduces a customer-centric mindfulness culture based on servant leadership principles.
- Collaborates across suppliers and customers of Cable Desk ecosystem to define successful outcomes for corporate cost structure and internal/external customer experience.
- Defines the operational tactics requirements of the team to ensure success outcomes. These may include collaborative SLA agreements among the stakeholder and internal tactics such as employee, customer, and operational policies.
- Create the ‘force to load’ plan identifying supplier input volumes and processing/productivity inputs, which yield resource needs in terms of headcount or software application tools.
- Develop process flows for efficient and effective resource utilization.
- Partner with DnA for exception management and performance reporting.
- Ideate and develop cost and experience improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate, coach, and develop team towards skillsets that meet their future pursuits.
- Maintain a culture of Safety for the team and all stakeholders the team supports.
- 8+ years of experience in a workforce planning operational roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, computer science, business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in leading frontline facing field organizations and network operations center teams.
- Functional experience with running multi-layered, multi-functional large team.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Functional understanding of broadband industry.
- Functional experience in Agile development principles and artificial intelligence practice.
- Strong knowledge of field operations, plant operations, construction, engineering design, dispatch, and direct support operations.
- Financial and economic principles acumen.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to both network experienced and non-network audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with and build effective business partnerships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and with others at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to evaluate and develop informal and formal team members.
- Growth mindset and mentally primed to take on challenges and adopt effective problem-solving strategies; encourages team to embrace growth mindsets.

Job Summary
Builds and operates a new entity, the Cable Desk, residing inside Network Services Operations. The new leadership role includes setting the strategic vision, building a servant leadership culture, defining successful outcomes, developing the operational tactics, collaborating across internal and external stakeholders, identifying human and software/tool resources needs, creating processes, measuring performance, championing service and cost initiatives, while leading the daily operations of the Cable Desk. The Cable Desk’s mission provides exception management structure to escalations and referrals across the Network Services space.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $141,372.00 - $201,960.00 / year. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Texas is $117,810.00 - $168,300.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
