- Develop, implement, and refine operational strategies, processes, and policies to support the company’s goals.
- Oversee daily operations across departments such as production, logistics, customer service, supply chain, and administration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set performance objectives, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability throughout the organization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall quality.
- Lead and mentor department managers and staff to build high-performing teams and improve operational capacity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and drive cost-effective practices.
- Support business growth initiatives through scalable operations planning and resource management.
- Lead change management initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Operations Management, or a related field ( Master’s preferred).
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple functions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and project management tools .
- Experience in a manufacturing , technology, logistics, or service-based industry, preferred.
- P&L responsibility and experience managing large-scale budgets, preferred.
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations in a growing organization, preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
