      $165,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

      Job details:

      Director, Operations - Needs strong retail multisite + hospitality experience

      We are a growing multi-unit retail company headquartered on the West Coast. We have more than 30 units across our two flagship brands. We are looking to add a Director of Operations reporting directly to our President.

      We are heavily driven by the guest experience, so someone with a strong background in hospitality is key. You must be able to visit and work out of our sites in Northern CA, Oregon, and WA for 2-3 weeks/month. This is a heavy operations position.

      Must have experience with Car Wash or Oil Change locations.

      We offer a competitive base salary of $165,000 - $185,000 with a 20% - 25% bonus for individual performance and comprehensive benefits including a matching 401k.

      Responsibilities
      • Oversee daily operations across multiple car wash locations, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and profitability.
      • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and drive operational excellence.
      • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
      • Ensure all locations comply with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
      • Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost management to maximize profitability.
      • Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
      • Collaborate with the executive team to set performance goals and long-term business strategies.
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry professionals.
      • Implement new technologies and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
      • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
      • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the car wash industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple locations.
      • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and business partners.
      • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
      • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
      • Demonstrated ability to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
      • Proficient in the use of technology and software applications relevant to the car wash industry.
      • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience in risk management.
      • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
