      OVERVIEW:

      We are seeking a seasoned organizational effectiveness leader to join our growing organizational effectiveness (OE) operation. Within GroupM North America, OE serves as the key consultative arm to our agency people teams, building and connecting our teams to resources for organizational transformation, consultative coaching, team effectiveness, and organizational design and development. The Director is a principal performance advisor and will help the OE team craft a catalog of tools and opportunities that ensure the success of individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole.


      YOUR IMPACT:

      • Build partnerships with our HR and business leads across our agencies; act as principal consultant to address strategic business needs related to organizational change, performance, development and effectiveness initiatives
      • Lead the definition and use of assessment instruments and evaluation protocols, particularly those around organizational needs analysis and team-based performance metrics
      • In partnership with business leadership, be able to assess the organization for change readiness and define strategies for change management and evaluation
      • Champion the transfer and application of GroupM University content in role;u202Fserve as a lead in definingu202Fmetrics and establishing mechanisms of data collection thatu202Fenable us to measure and enhance the effectiveness of our offerings
      • Under direction from the Head of Organizational Effectiveness, lead the use of established assessment instrumentsu202Fforu202Funderstandingu202Fchallenges and opportunities related to performance of individuals and teams
      • Understand Organizational Design as a key component of transformation, and be able to partner with business and people leaders on OD work
      • Serve as the organizationu2019s subject matter expertu202Finu202Fdesigning broaderu202FOE efforts related tou202Fleadership development andu202Forganizational change
      • Championu202Fau202Fdevelopmentalu202Forganizational environment positioned by the larger OE function, including but not limited to mobility, succession management, performance development, coaching/ mentoring at scale
      • In partnership with GroupM University, propose and implement interventions to address identified needs
      • Stay up to date with future changes in the business and across the media industry; implement a proactive mindset that will help the organization and its people remain future-ready Measure effectiveness of OE efforts against business needs, capability maps/performance expectations, and identified program objectives

      YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
      • 8+u202Fyears of experience in internal/external consulting, organizational psychology, and/or leadership development
      • Significant knowledge in organizational behavior, specifically with a focus on group dynamics or performance development and growth u00A0
      • Certified in the use of performance interventions (e.g., u202Fcoaching) and/ or leadership/team psychometrics (with a preference to Hogan).u202FPrior experience of using assessments to enable and enhance individual, team and leadership effectiveness is preferred u00A0
      • Service orientation with experience building relationships and with providing guidance and support to those with whom there is no formal reporting relationship (influence without authority)u00A0
      • Experience in developing a comprehensive needs assessment, including the analysis and alignment of business and performance needs u00A0

      The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
