      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Mentor and partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on strategic and operational execution activities
      - Design and implement a refreshed Performance Management Plan
      - Create an end-to-end Employee Relations Framework
      - Partner with Global HRBPs to design and implement career development and performance management programs
      - Establish key metrics to define competencies and skills required for each role/department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of human resources experience including business partnering, talent management, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and learning & development
      - 5+ years of experience managing high performing teams
      - Proven experience developing trusted relationships at all levels of an organization
      - Proven experience designing talent management programs
      - International experience is ideal
