      Role Summary & Impact

      As a Director of Paid Search, you will invent, develop, and run effective delivery strategies based on our client's business objectives, and improve the career paths of supporting staff in our wider digital community. You will develop and manage effective delivery strategies based on known clients' business objectives and carefully manage client expectations and communication throughout the engagement. You will help ensure the search product is delivered in a professional and comprehensive form with insights and recommended actions. You will also help improve processes to streamline operations, improve performance and maximize team output.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Act as the chief architect of the delivery strategy, testing strategy, forecast, and plan for key accounts within your category, ensuring all search deliverables are met on time and of the highest quality.
      • Develop strong relationships with the search community, vendors, Group Directors and Digital Leads.
      • Analyze performance data and site analytics to develop insights for use in quarterly and annual business reviews.
      • Closely manage project plans, launch plans, our scope of work, and delivery timelines to ensure each team is delivering on schedule and to specification.
      • Lead the team to achieve targeted performance KPIs and provided assistance, including optimizations and campaign troubleshooting.
      • Train, develop and support your team effectively while fostering teamwork that drives motivation and retention.
      • Participate in Agency / departmental task forces, project work and new business for organizational impact.
      Requirements
      • Bacheloru2019s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience.
      • 7+ Years experience working with Analytical Tools (Google Analytics, Web trends, Omniture), Search Engine Desktop Tools (Google AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor).
      • Fortune 100 client-facing strategic experience preferred.
      • Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business.
      • Strong data analytics and strategy background.
      • Prior experience managing a team is an absolute must; demonstrating the ability to nurture junior members of a team and serve as a mentor.
      • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork.
      • Exhibit passion through appropriate participation in team, agency, and industry initiatives.

      The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
