      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic plans for global facilities in alignment with business objectives
      - Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure facilities support growth and expansion initiatives
      - Re-evaluate inventory, pricing methodologies, and business processes with Regional Sales & Materials leaders
      - Establish a sales funnel process for tracking business development opportunities
      - Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
      - Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in sales management in a leadership role
      - Strong understanding of sales operations and optimization of team performance
      - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing costs effectively
