- Participate in patent assertion projects for mobile and consumer electronics devices.
- Review and develop patent claim charts and technical presentations, primarily based on 3GPP cellular standards.
- Collaborate to develop licensing materials and patent assertion strategies.
- Work with patent portfolio managers and prosecution teams to enhance our cellular patent portfolio.
- Assist enforcement teams with patent evaluation and understanding.
- Stay current with 3GPP cellular standards and legal issues related to patent licensing.
- Participate in patent acquisition evaluations as needed.
- JD or USPTO Registration (Patent Agent) preferred.
- Engineering degree in electrical engineering, physics, computer science, or related.
- Minimum 5 years in patent prosecution, licensing, or enforcement, with experience in 3GPP cellular systems.
- Experience presenting and defending patent claim charts.
- Proficient in 3GPP standards, especially 5G RAN technologies.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~10%).

Additional Info
Salary estimate for NY/CA: $180,000 - $230,000/year + bonuses and benefits. Actual compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
