      Your Role:

      The Director Performance, Implementation & Impact Services (PIIS) delivers high-quality training, technical assistance (TTA), and coaching services to internal delegate teams and Shine Early Learning partners. In addition to the core responsibilities of a PIIS Director, the Lead Coach provides strategic direction and mentorship to fellow team members, leads execution of the cross-delegate TTA Implementation Plan, and supports innovation rollouts. This role holds a caseload of high-impact partners and facilitates professional learning cohorts. The Lead Coach collaborates closely with Senior Directors, Policy & Performance (P&P), Program Quality (PQ), and cross-functional teams to ensure that implementation supports are integrated, equitable, and aligned with Acelero Inc.’s strategic priorities and impact goals. The Lead Coach also contributes to team-level planning and cross-delegate service alignment by providing strategic guidance to fellow PIIS team members.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Serve as lead coach for assigned partners and delegates, providing tailored technical assistance aligned with Acelero’s frameworks.

      • Manage a caseload of high-impact or high-profile partners, ensuring consistent, high-quality support and progress.

      • Lead execution and tracking of cross-delegate TTA Implementation Plans, collaborating with senior leadership to meet key milestones.

      • Conduct organizational assessments and co-develop implementation plans and scopes of work with internal and external stakeholders.

      • Provide strategic coaching and preparation for federal monitoring reviews, including on-site support when necessary.

      • Mentor team members and align their contributions to strategic deliverables; facilitate cross-partner learning communities and coaching cohorts.

      • Collaborate with program and policy teams to inform and support the design and rollout of tools, frameworks, and learning strategies.

      • Contribute subject matter expertise to grant development and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with Head Start priorities.

      • Actively engage in the Acelero community of practice and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational learning and innovation.

      • Represent Acelero as a thought leader through presentations, publications, and contributions to professional networks

      What You Bring:

      • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, public policy, organizational leadership, human services, or related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.

      • At least 5 years of experience delivering TTA or coaching services to early childhood or social service programs.

      • At least 3-5 years of experience working in a Head Start setting.

      • Experience supporting or coordinating the work of others; formal supervisory experience not required.

      • Experience managing complex partnerships or working with high-profile stakeholders.

      • Familiarity with Head Start Program Performance Standards, continuous quality improvement (CQI) tools, and federal monitoring processes.

      • Experience with professional development (PD) design and virtual training platforms preferred.

      • Education industry or other Pre-K experience is a plus.

      When/Where/How Much:

      When: Summer 2025

      Where: Remote position with travel required locally or long-distance up to 75% of the time for meetings and partner support.

      How Much: $80,000 - $90,000
