What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree or PharmD
- 7-10 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations, with a strong focus on operations
- Experience in pharmacy management is desirable
- Strong leadership, analytical, and research skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and contribute to a positive team culture

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Nexxsys/PharmaClik Rx, Kroll, and other pharmacy dispensing software
