      Job Summary

      The Director of Physician Enterprise (PE) Business Development will be expected to research, analyze,evaluate, design, and recommend strategic direction for PE and Ambulatory services, inclusive of jointventure relationships. This position will report directly to the VP PE Business Development. The DirectorPE Business Development should have a strong working knowledge in establishing relationships with keypriority stakeholders (internally and externally) and be able to independently problem solve withstakeholders to meet community and organizational needs. The director will support the development ofstrategies, policies and plans for communicating to diverse groups in a clear and professional mannerand be able to influence high impact, high risk and highly complex situations. This Director must haveexperience surrounding negotiations. This position will facilitate the development, implementation,delivery, and evaluation of key community partnerships while working closely with multiple facilities andgroups. The Director will have a strong financial, operational, and strategic background to establishimmediate credibility. Represents the organization well as a role model for ethical management behaviorand promotes an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent withthe Mission and Values of the organization. This position works collaboratively with medical staff,community leaders, agencies, and payors to carry out the goals and objectives outlined in the strategicplan. Develops, coordinates, leads, and executes the strategic vision and member growth for alignedphysician groups.

      Minimum Experience RequirementsThree years of leadership experience within a healthcare setting.
