- Develop data-driven forecasting and machine learning models utilizing re-usable processes and methodologies for delivery in a structured fashion (automation).
- Develop novel machine learning methods that go beyond putting together existing open-source code, and apply problem-solving skills to complex issues.
- Ability to work in flask applications and deploy APIs.
- Inform Leadership on the financial status by analyzing current and past actuals with plans and forecasts, monitoring and performing causal analysis on variances, identifying trends and opportunities; preparing reports and projections based on analysis.
- Leverage advanced analytics to build robust strategies out of these analyses and drive impact on business performance.
- Assist in scenario analysis, developing “what-if” tools based on historical or extrapolated data to reduce business time to strategic decision.
- Design rich data visualizations to communicate complex ideas to business partners and leadership.
- Leverage story-telling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise, and actionable
- Coordinate with key business stakeholders - finance team, call reps. team leads, and marketing managers to deliver this information and track the progress of deliverables, revenue attribution, etc. as necessary.
- Enable collaboration efforts between the analytics team and business units cross-functionally to drive common goal achievement and meet organizational objectives.
- Supervise three (3) direct employees: 2 Data Scientists, 1 Python Developer.
- managing data scientists;
- demand forecasting;
- creating Machine Learning pipelines from data analysis to deployment using Python software;
- utilizing statistical and machine learning algorithms like Time series forecasting, supervised learning, and unsupervised learning algorithms; and
- utilizing database structures/database querying tools, statistical packages and/or algorithms in Python.

Assume active role in developing predictive models, reporting and analyzing key business metrics, and building strategies for driving School’s business decisions and performance. Work closely with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and proactively come up with solutions to mitigate any business loss due to market fluctuation. Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior leadership, acting as the analytical engine to provide insights and support optimal business decision-making. Understand market and business drivers and collaborate with business leaders and management to improve competitive positioning, track, and trend key performance indicator metrics, and improve financial performance. Position is a people leadership role – requiring leading a team of data scientists and python developers.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field and five (5) years of experience utilizing applied machine learning/data science in a quantitative, data-driven business environment. Total experience must include three (3) years of experience with the following:
