What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compile pricing based on facility solutions during the bidding process
- Provide pricing summaries for proposal documents
- Audit and verify pricing for accuracy and consistency
- Assist and review proposals and presentations to ensure alignment with pricing/costing
- Gather and analyze labor rates, benefits, materials, and subcontracts
- Perform detailed financial analysis to quantify cost savings
- Assist in the development of customer baselines and financial bridge analysis
- Perform onsite data collection at customer facilities
- Maintain and enhance the internal Excel pricing model
- Collaborate with company functions on benchmark initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of applicable or related experience
- Advanced skills in using Excel
- Comprehensive skills in Microsoft applications
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good judgment in decision-making
