What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex, global process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Initiate and manage discussions with business functions and executive management on project scope and feasibility
- Drive business benefits tracking and reporting for Lean projects and programs
- Develop risk management plans to mitigate risks across initiatives
- Present high-level project updates and outcomes to executive management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in business, life sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant functions, including at least 5 years in the life sciences/healthcare sector
- Knowledge of process/data analysis techniques and methodologies
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Certified Lean Facilitator, PMP, or equivalent training and certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience facilitating Kaizen events and workshops in service industry environments
- Strong influencing, problem resolution, motivation, and negotiation skills
- Proven project leadership and staff management capabilities
