Join Us as Director of Procurement (Parts Network Strategy) – Drive Strategic Sourcing, Innovation & Impact

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building world-class procurement practices? Do you thrive at the intersection of data, negotiation, and leadership? We’re looking for a Director of Procurement who will lead the charge in transforming how we source, partner, and deliver value across the organization.

This is more than a procurement role — it’s an opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic, fast-moving company by optimizing sourcing strategies, strengthening supplier relationships, and unlocking cost-saving innovations that drive real business outcomes.

      What You'll Own:

      • Set the vision: Lead the development of both short- and long-term sourcing strategies that align with business goals and drive continuous improvement.

      • Elevate supplier partnerships: Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with top-tier suppliers to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and delivery.

      • Ensure supply continuity: Proactively manage risk, reduce lead times, and build robust supply chain strategies that keep our operations running smoothly.

      • Lead with impact: Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

      • Maximize value: Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve total cost of ownership.

      • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to align procurement with broader company strategy.

      • Innovate through tools & tech: Champion the adoption of best-in-class procurement systems, tools, and practices to increase transparency and efficiency.

      What You Bring:

      • 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management

      • Proven track record of leading strategic sourcing initiatives and managing supplier relationships

      • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies

      • Excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and present at the executive level

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)

      • Professional certifications (CPSM, CPM, CSCP) are a plus

      Why This Role Matters:

You won’t just manage procurement — you’ll lead a transformation. You’ll help us evolve our procurement function into a strategic engine that drives scalability, resilience, and long-term success.

Ready to take your procurement career to the next level? Join a company that values bold ideas, data-driven decision making, and collaborative leadership.

Apply now and be the strategic force behind smarter sourcing and greater impact.
