      POSITION SUMMARY:

      As the Director, Product Management, you are responsible for leading a multi-team Agile product organization that partners with key leaders throughout the organization to deliver best-in-class solutions for our customers. This role requires multi-disciplinary leadership experience driving integrated decision making across product, sales, marketing, technical product development, operational and customer service teams.

      You will be in a leader of leaders' position so the you should have superior people management and collaborative skills with ability to effectively lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver on product vision, devise product strategies and manage roadmap for execution which lead to measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong communication and influencing skills to align with strategic partners throughout the business to define Pharmacy Benefits Management initiatives.

      In this role you will champion innovation throughout the life cycle management of product lines/products, including purpose, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping and testing. You will Apply design thinking techniques to ensure customer centricity is front and center. You will Bring a consultative perspective and recommendations to department leaders with an eye toward how digital transformations may require them to adjust their business models. In this role you will enable data-led decision making by leveraging existing data, creating new metrics where necessary and ensuring we activate the data to inform and serve our customers and business. You should be adaptable to managing changes to business priorities to meet client, IT and business needs.

      To be a candidate for this role, you will possess the following:

      • Solid analytical skills and data acumen to track business outcomes quantitatively and qualitatively
      • Mastery of problem solving and consulting within complex environments across large organizations
      • Experience facilitating cross-functional teams’ efforts
      • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with executive presence and ability to influence across disciplines and levels of seniority
      • Ability to provide vision to large teams to guide multi-month fast-paced projects, establish key milestones driven by market/enterprise need, and direct matrixed teams
      • Critical thinker with the ability to make informed decisions in a high-pressure environment
      • Build and maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituents
      • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
      • Adept in working in an agile environment and leading decentralized teams

      Required Qualifications:

      • 10+ years of product management experience, owning enterprise-scale products/capabilities
      • 8+ years of experience leading and developing teams
      • Ability to travel up to 10% of time

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of experience in healthcare and/or insurance
      • Experience leading with Objective and Key Results (OKRs)
      • Certified Scrum Leader or Coach
      • Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM)

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree required, equivalent experience may be considered

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $100,000.00 - $231,500.00


      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
