      Director, Product Management

      What does a successful Director, Product Manager do at Fiserv?

      You will be responsible for driving market requirements for Fiserv’s Gift Solutions team, interfacing with clients, sales, and operational teams as the subject matter expert within the product vertical. You will have daily interaction with cross functional internal teams and clients to identify and lead product strategy and development, partnering with technical teams to deploy new products and features that deliver maximum business impact and value for our clients.

      What you will do :

      • Be responsible for conception through end-of-life ownership for a specific product, product group or product line including product management, product development and business development.
      • Drive product development and improvements including road map and statement of direction development.
      • Lead peers and dotted line relationships through the project lifecycle to deliver development efforts.
      • Maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs.
      • Develop business cases to support new product recommendations.
      • Manage the product development lifecycle from concept, design, testing, and production deployment, and product commercialization.
      • Provide relevant product information and expertise to support sales effort.
      • Assist with the education and merchant closed loop programs and stored value features and functionality.

      What you will need to have:

      • Bachelor's degree
      • 5 years' experience in product management.
      • 3 years leadership experience
      • Prior experience in Fintech, Payments or Stored Value

      What would be great to have:

      • Prior experience with point of sale/ terminal solutions
      • Prior experience in closed loop gift or open loop solutions
      • Experience in pricing strategy and commercialization

      Salary Range

      $129,400.00 - $217,900.00

      These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
