- Plot the product road map and shape product vision
- Gather, document, and track business requirements for secure and scalable new features.
- Develop feature specs and acceptance criteria for user stories that are completed comprehensively and on-time for development.
- Be responsible for the daily planning of software development in an agile environment, ensuring the development team consistently has a groomed backlog of priority tickets to build.
- Ship stable products on time and scale them with a focus on quality.
- Develop a deep understanding of the fan’s needs and advocate on their behalf.
- Analyze and report on the performance of features in production, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to create and iterate on design prototypes and validate them with users.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for fan and client needs.
- Demo stories to stakeholders to gather and synthesize feedback.
- 8-12 years experience in product management in an agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with demonstrated history of professional development
- Knowledge of e-commerce and online payments businesses a plus
- Certifications in a recognized Product Management methodology
- Knowledge of the full suite of G Suite, Microsoft Office and Atlassian products
- Strong technical sensibilities with ability to understand business objectives.
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills, an ability to clearly articulate a vision and to influence others.
- Exceptional quantitative data analysis, critical thinking skills, and an ability to spot trends and derive a strategy from raw data.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, proactive and dedicated; able to operate autonomously and efficiently in an entrepreneurial setting.
- Comfortable with some ambiguity while determining long-term product direction.
- Proven ability to deliver initiatives from conception through to completion.

Ticketmaster Music is a passionate team within Ticketmaster dedicated to supporting our clients (concert promoters, agents, and artist managers) by being the essential data and technology partner for touring artist teams seeking to harness the commercial power of the live experience. It’s hard work. We love it, and we have a rare opening for an exceptionally talented Director, Product Management to join our team.
THE JOB
As an integral member of this highly focused team, you will be overseeing the product vision for our newest offering, Guest List, an invitation-oriented ticketing system which will be rolling out nationally to help LIve Nation and their largest tours manage their own inventory and manage the ticket orders of their most important fans. This is a ground-up opportunity where you will play a key role in the launch of a new ticketing system.
