      This leader will be responsible for product management for Nielsen’s linear television and radio measurement in all markets aside from the United States.

      Responsibilities
      • This leader will be responsible for product management for Nielsen’s linear television and radio measurement in all markets aside from the United States. Responsibilities include:
      • Working directly with clients (publishers, agencies, advertisers, Joint Industry Committees, MOCs, industry bodies) and in collaboration with the Commercial and Customer Success teams to understand market and clients needs.
      • Prioritizing the product roadmap, managing the backlog, and working closely with Technology, Data Science, and Global Data Solutions to execute. Aligning our international and market-specific strategies, roadmaps, and tech stack with overall Audience Measurement. Pursuing tenders in strategic markets.
      • Collaborating with Product leadership peers on developing and executing against Nielsen’s streaming, digital, anc convergent TV strategy and roadmap in non-U.S. markets
      • Driving robust adoption and execution of a world class Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and agile development.
      • This leader will also play an important role in establishing the team culture and working norms in our Bangalore Global Capability Center. The GCC model is new to Nielsen and the Bangalore office newly forming, so this leader will play a major role in helping the team gel, establishing ways of working with clients and colleagues around the globe, and making Nielsen Bangalore a sought after employer.


      Skills
      • 10+ years of product management experience in an agile, fast-paced environment.
      • Experience driving organizational transformation and leading teams through change.
      • Experience working with clients and colleagues around the world.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Experience in media, advertising, and/or measurement preferred.
