UBS Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Director, Product Manager in Nashville, TN.

We’re looking for a Director, Product Manager to:
• Design, drive and support the delivery of a variety of testing work streams across multiple wealth management products, business functions and platforms.
• Functionally manage product testing to develop and execute test scenarios/test scripts, conduct integrated platform testing, and monitor defect resolution. Provide transparency of testing progress and drive the resolution of testing issues across the work streams.
• Coordinate test strategy, test scenario and test result sign-offs with SMEs across the Business, Operations and IT. Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to define and assess integration testing readiness.
• Support project management with documentation and production of testing status and platform readiness assessments.
• Ensure both internal and external stakeholders are aware of progress and where they need to help to make testing a success.

Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Initiative Manager, Project Manager, or a related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
• The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or a related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Initiative Manager, Project Manager, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Delivering complex products to clients in the financial industry;
• Managing requirements and user stories. Working with UX designers and technical development teams;
• Working in agile environments and agile delivery frameworks. Managing quality assurance testing and toolsets;
• Managing client feedback and performance metrics, providing strategic improvements, JIRA, Confluence;
• ARIS, Visio, SQL, Python, Regulatory Environment;
• Can work remotely.About us
