      Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx

      Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington State, Wisconsin

      Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, and Digital, AI

      Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx will have responsibilities to include, but not limited:

      Develop Market Insights, as well as GTM/Commercialization for DomaniRx:

      • Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific products to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
      • Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Collaborates with Product Strategy to perform market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
      • Participates in sales support and client renewals, such as RFP responses and collaterol preparation.
      • Responsible for external readiness of products, product enhancements into the marketplace, which includes detailed go-to-market and commercialization toolkit for Sales & Account Management Teams.
      • Leader with broad operational or functional responsibilities who participates with other senior leaders or executives to establish and ensure the achievement of strategic plans and objectives.
      • Demonstrates in-depth company knowledge, specialized skills, and influence to solve critical and complex issues.
      • Participates in the development and administration of broad-scope programs and projects that have significant impact on operational or functional success.
      • Minimally requires a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience

      Desired Skills & Experience:

      • Track record of commercialization of healthcare technology products
      • Healthcare experience, PBM preferred
      • Digital transformation
      • PBM, Pharmacy experience
      • Product Marketing
      • Brand awareness
