      About The Role

      The Director of Product Marketing at Fieldguide will lead and scale the product marketing function, owning the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our AI-powered platform. This role involves partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive market adoption, revenue growth, and establish Fieldguide as a category leader in audit and advisory technology. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, market strategist, and GTM expert with a proven track record in launching and scaling B2B SaaS products. Responsibilities include building and mentoring a team, developing narratives, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders for market differentiation and customer engagement.

      What You'll Do

      Product Marketing Leadership & Strategy

      • Define the product marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
      • Build and scale the product marketing function, establishing best practices and frameworks.
      • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to embed market positioning, GTM strategies, and customer insights across the company.

      Go-To-Market Leadership

      • Lead GTM strategies for new product launches and features, ensuring market impact and revenue contribution.
      • Drive category creation and establish Fieldguide as the go-to AI platform for audit and advisory.
      • Develop compelling positioning and messaging that resonate with our ICPs, from executives to practitioners.

      Sales & Customer Enablement

      • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to define enablement programs that accelerate pipeline and expansion.
      • Create sales assets, narratives, and training materials to support GTM efforts.
      • Translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies.

      Thought Leadership & Market Influence

      • Establish a strong industry presence through content, webinars, and analyst engagements.
      • Develop executive-level content, including thought leadership and whitepapers.
      • Manage industry relations to ensure Fieldguide's visibility in reports, rankings, and events.

      Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

      • Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing product marketing team.
      • Influence teams across the company to align and execute marketing initiatives.
      • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Brand, and Communications to craft impactful campaigns.

      About You

      • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 5+ years leading product marketing teams.
      • Experience in successful SaaS product launches and category creation.
      • Proven influence with senior leadership, Sales, and Product teams.
      • Excellent storyteller with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
      • Deep understanding of buyer personas, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
      • Data-driven with strong analytics skills.
      • Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments, balancing strategy and execution.
